FINALLY got around to updating the Hard Mode to work as intended where the barricades break when hit by cars and fixed a couple other minor bugs and quality issues.    Please note it may need some difficulty tweaking in order to be able to successfully complete on hard now but figured I'd go ahead and get it up with the new fixes. Still no mini map but if I find the time to do it sometime in the future I might but currently bogged down with work and other projects. If for some reason it is impossible to beat on hard now please let me know. Still testing myself. Will update this post if anything changes. ENJOY!
